Women leaders at every level have more pressure on them than ever to produce efficient results, show value that can't be duplicated by artificial intelligence and build skills that help position their organizations for growth in the future. Taking risks to speak up with divergent ideas, challenge old ways of doing things, ask for help or say "I don't know" are among necessary actions that can set women leaders and their organizations on a path to growth and impact.
